Via live chat, customers have the option of submitting their inquiry in real time and receiving information on product details, delivery times or compatibility. Chat and shop are available in multiple languages and facilitate the shopping experience of international customers from the plastics manufacturing and plastics processing sector.

Thanks to optimized user guidance and adjustment to mobile devices, the measurement technology shop can be accessed not only round the clock, but is also accessible by smartphones and tablets. Thanks to intuitive navigation, users can quickly access product categories such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors or accessories. The mandatory registration takes place within a minute. Product inquiries can also be made without registration.

With the integrated configurator, the right sensor can be selected quickly and ordered with just a few clicks. Customers can view past orders at any time via the customer menu, making it much easier to reorder sensors and accessories. Manuals are available as PDF downloads at any time and up to date. If required, specific products can also be searched for via article search function.
