Gneuss Technologies for PET strapping tapes, available for retrofitting or with a complete line:

• Dryerless PET processing
  Unlike conventional single-screw extruders, the MRS allows direct processing of the material without the need for any pre-treatment, such as crystallization or pre-drying.
• Fully automatic melt filtration
  The filtration system operates fully-automatically and ensures a 100% availability of the line. Depending on the contamination level, a screen change (which takes approx. 20-30 minutes) is carried out approx. every 1-16 weeks and has no influence on the production process and product quality.
• Real-time viscosity control
  The VIS enables precise, real-time viscosity measurement directly in the process by continuously diverting a defined melt side stream from the main melt channel using a highly precise, pressure-stable gear pump.
