Recycling places particularly high demands on the efficiency and flexibility of filtration systems. Since contamination level and particle size are constantly changing, the filtration system must react quickly to changes in the process, and fast changes of filter elements must be possible. Gneuss Filtration Systems react automatically to changing contamination levels, so that efficient filtration without disturbances is always guaranteed. In addition, the fully-automatic operation of the RSFgenius permits high throughput levels of contaminated materials. Last but not least, the RSFgenius is the perfect filtration system for direct recycling e.g. the direct manufacture of staple fibre, non-wovens, sheet etc. from reclaim.
